2. Subject of the Contract
The landlord rents the holiday apartment "Appartamento Francesca" in Trapani, Italy, for short-term accommodation.
The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 1-2 people.

3. Booking / Conclusion of Contract
• Bookings are made via the inquiry form.
• The rental contract is only concluded when the landlord expressly confirms the inquiry.
• By booking, the guest accepts these GTC.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
• The prices agreed upon at the time of booking apply.
• Payment is made as follows:
• 50% deposit upon booking confirmation
• 50% balance due no later than 7 days prior to arrival
• Additional costs (e.g., tourist tax) may apply on site.

5. Arrival and Departure
• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Alternative times are only possible by prior arrangement.

6. Cancellation
• The following conditions apply to cancellations:
• Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free of charge
• 13–7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100%
The date of receipt of the cancellation by the landlord is decisive.

7. Use of the Accommodation
• The apartment may only be used by the number of people booked.
• Subletting is not permitted.
• Parties and events are not permitted.

8. Pets and Smoking
• Pets: not allowed (or subject to individual adjustments if you permit them)
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment

9. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to:
• treat the accommodation with care
• report any damage immediately
• comply with the house rules

10. Liability
• The guest is liable for any damage caused.
• The landlord is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

11. Cancellation by the Landlord
The landlord may cancel the contract if:
• force majeure occurs
• the accommodation is uninhabitable
• the guest violates essential terms of the contract
In this case, any payments already made will be refunded.

12. Internet Usage
If Wi-Fi is provided:
• Use is at your own risk
• Illegal activities are prohibited

13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on the website.

14. Final Provisions
• German law applies
• The place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig, to the extent permitted by law
• Should any provision of this agreement be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
